“We believe dining should fuel student success.”

Problem

The campus dining experience at universities is facing significant challenges. According to the data provided, 37% of students believe the system needs improvement, and 80% of students consider on-campus dining as a factor in their college selection process. Additionally, the campus dining industry is an $18 billion market, highlighting the importance of addressing these issues.

Technical Solution

The team has developed an AI-powered solution that transforms guesswork into precision using enterprise-grade machine learning. Their solution aims to improve various aspects of campus dining, including scenario planning, predictive staffing, weather alerts, and event intelligence. The solution claims to achieve 94% accuracy on a synthetic dataset and promises benefits such as labor cost reduction (5% savings), operational efficiency (95% of restaurants use AI today), and revenue protection by retaining off-campus eaters.
