Problem
Invoice processing is a tedious, manual, and error-prone process that consumes significant time and resources for businesses. According to Bottomline Data, in 2023, accounts payable clerks spend an average of 12 minutes per invoice for data processing.
Technical Solution
INVOICEABLE is an AI-powered invoice processing tool that automates data extraction, generates structured output, provides verification, and ensures accuracy and auditability. It combines AI and human oversight to streamline the workflow, freeing up time for accounts payable teams to focus on real problem-solving. The tool also includes a smart chat assistant that provides summaries, insights, and answers at a glance, acting as a built-in data analyst.

About the DxHub
The Cal Poly Digital Transformation Hub (DxHub) is a strategic relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is the world’s first cloud innovation center supported by AWS on a University campus.
