The Procure Ducktives team developed a role-aware procurement assistant for CSU Bakersfield that helps requesters, vendors, and staff get clear answers about purchasing, supplier onboarding, invoices, and contracts. The system grounds responses in approved procurement materials, provides citations, and links users directly to relevant sections of training videos.
Team: PDF Form Modernization Assistant
The PDF Form Modernization Assistant turns a labor-intensive form review process into an automated workflow. It identifies fields and labels, checks elements against WCAG accessibility standards, and provides guidance on next steps such as accessible PDFs, web forms, or other digital platforms—helping Sacramento State prioritize modernization at scale.
