Team: CoReview AI đŸ„‡

The CoReview AI team developed an evidence-based scholarship evaluation system for San José State University that helps faculty review thousands of applications more consistently. The system provides cited answers, flags potential inconsistencies, and maintains a reviewable conflict log to support more consistent governance decisions.

Team: IT Software Requests & Reviews đŸ„‰

The IT Software Requests & Reviews team developed an AI-powered system that helps San Diego State streamline software procurement reviews. Guided digital intake, AI follow-up questions, automated compliance flagging, and risk reports help reviewers assess security, accessibility, and integration requirements while creating searchable institutional memory from past requests and decisions.

Team: Procure Ducktives

The Procure Ducktives team developed a role-aware procurement assistant for CSU Bakersfield that helps requesters, vendors, and staff get clear answers about purchasing, supplier onboarding, invoices, and contracts. Team: PDF Form Modernization Assistant

The PDF Form Modernization Assistant turns a labor-intensive form review process into an automated workflow. It identifies fields and labels, checks elements against WCAG accessibility standards, and provides guidance on next steps such as accessible PDFs, web forms, or other digital platforms—helping Sacramento State prioritize modernization at scale.

Team: Wildcat Navigators

Wildcat Navigator turns fragmented campus information into a single conversational experience. Team: Student Hiring Assistant

Hiring a student assistant at CSU Bakersfield can involve unclear forms, changing approval paths, and scattered grant information. The Student Hiring Assistant centralizes that guidance in one conversational tool, helping staff find the right next step, reduce misrouted paperwork, and avoid delays that can hold up student employment.

Team: SLO Motion, Fast Report

The SLO Motion, Fast Report team developed a desktop application that automates first-pass accessibility reviews of vendor VPAT documents for Sonoma State. Team: Scheduler Tool Assistant

The Scheduler Tool Assistant team developed a decision-support platform for CSU Bakersfield that generates conflict-checked freshman schedule blocks using historical enrollment data, degree roadmaps, and actual course sections. An AI-powered what-if advisor then explains impacts such as when courses are typically taken or what may be delayed if a student does not pass a course.

Team: Vetted

The Vetted team developed an AI-assisted technology review platform for CSU Bakersfield that streamlines vendor evidence collection, security checks, and accessibility reviews. By combining deterministic policy rules with Amazon Bedrock and automated document processing, the system helps reduce low-risk software review cycles from weeks to same-day processing while keeping final decisions with human reviewers.
